75% ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS
Members must attend at least 75% of meetings held throughout the year.
As a general rule, this means that you can only miss 3 meetings (unexcused) per year. If you miss more than 3 meetings you will be issued a dismissal letter.
COMPLETION OF SERVICE HOURS
Every member must complete a specified number of service hours based on when they were inducted:
Sophomore Inductees: 75 hours, 18 club sanctioned
Junior Inductees: 50 hours, 12 club sanctioned
Senior Inductees: 25 hours, 6 club sanctioned
Members must also complete the specified number of Club Sanctioned hours each year. For the 2021-2022 school year the requirement is 6 hours. These club sanctioned hours count towards the total requirement, listed above.
If you were inducted in Fall 2021 and had previously deferred induction after being invited:
Initially invited as a Sophomore: 75 hours, 18 club sanctioned
Initially invited as a Junior: 50 hours, 12 club sanctioned
MAINTAIN A GPA OF 3.5 OR ABOVE
All members must also maintain a GPA of at least 3.5. It is each person's responsibility to keep track of their grades and work hard to maintain them at this level.
