"Care to Dance?" Volunteer Opportunity
"Care to Dance?" needs volunteers! It is an outdoor block party at the Amphitheater at the Beaverton Round (by the Beaverton Central Max station). It will be Saturday, September 8th from 5-9pm. They need volunteers to do the following:
-Walk in the Beaverton Parade (Pre-event): September 8th 10am-12pm. A group will be walking in the Beaverton Parade prior to the event handing out flyers and candy. Please contact either Jennifer Nash at Jennifer.nash@carepartnersor.org or Tracy Villarreal at tracy.villarreal@carepartnersor.org if you are interested. If you are able to donate a bag of candy for the event that would be awesome.
-Set Up from 3:45-5:00pm (6 volunteers needed)
-Greet people as they enter the event from 4:45-7:00pm (2 volunteers needed)
-Sell snacks and water, man the raffle, and answer questions at the CP Booth from 4:45-7:00pm (2 volunteers needed)
-Help in the Kids Area from 4:45-7:00pm (2 volunteers needed). This will include facilitating simple activities such as face painting, crafts, coloring, etc.
-Clean Up from 8:45pm-10pm (6 volunteers needed)
To volunteer, you must complete the attached form and have it signed by your parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.
